Welcome to WLBA, A new boxing gym in Hanwell, the heart of West London!

A boxing gym can feel like a very intimidating place to walk in to, but in reality, they are usually filled with the nicest people in the world and ours certainly is!

Our team is friendly one, but the smiles stop when the training starts, we want to get the best out of every member, whether you are here to get fit, gain confidence or you really want to take your boxing as far as you can, if you’re willing to push, we will get you there!

• 18ft Competition level ring

• 10 punch bags (varied weights)

• 2 x 22” aqua bags

• 2 x Boxing bar

• 2 x Wall mounted Boxing bar

• 2 x Speed balls

• 1 x Spar Master

• 2 x Treadmills

• 2 x Fluid rowers

• 2 x Air cycles

• Weights area with dumbbells / barbell rack

• Male & Female showers and changing rooms.

• Spectators viewing balcony overlooking the ring

• State of the art sound system and lighting rig to give you that ‘Arena’ feel

If your dream is to step into the ring and dance under the lights then we can make that happen. We host our own white collar shows up to 5 times a year in venues around London. Train with the best, fight for the best!

Please ensure you stay hydrated whilst in the gym. We have a filtered water machine on the gym floor. So please bring a bottle!
Members are not permitted to park within the trading estate. Vehicles must be parked on Trumpers way.
